Hey all, Andreas here, publisher at Metal Weave Games!
I hope you all have been enjoying the book and PDF (and if you're missing it, please let us know and email [email protected]).
Right now, I know we're still not 100% complete; there's still 2 adventures we still need to deliver. The past few years have been crazy (I wrote a whole thing on it here), and unfortunately we've lost contact with and have removed the project manager from this project. But that has left me to pick up the pieces and figure out where things were left off (for this and other projects).
As of current I believe a designer was brought on to write the adventures, but no art has been commissioned for it yet.But I would like to know what you would like to do.
As of current: every backer was supposed to receive the digital adventures and ~128 of ordered physical copies of the adventure.
I feel like my options are,
a) Deliver digital adventure / deliver print adventure
b) deliver digital adventure / refund/credit adventure
c) do something different / refund/credit adventure

Hey Everyone! Andreas here, I wanted to pop in to provide three updates.
First the big news,
We're ENNIE nominated!
Not for one award, but for two! Of which we could not done without your support. If you don't know, the ENNIEs is the biggest and most known ttrpg industry awards we have, so even making the nomination list is significant. Now, after select judge nominations, it moves to a public vote for the Gold and Silver award. We were nominated for Best Supplement (which is the one that really surprised me), and Best Interior Art.
This vote is open to everyone, and does not require registration, and in order to win, we would love to have your support and your vote!! To make things easy, I've linked the specific categories below to make it easier to find.

Remaining Backer Fulfillment
Ive seen some comments trickle in over the past few weeks that some are still missing books/rewards. I was hoping i was able to address them last week when I had a work break, but my infant son ended up getting really sick and that threw all plans out the window. There also seemed to be a trend of AUS orders that were missing, and last night I was digging into it and flagging issues with Aetherworks (our fulfillment partner) to get things moving. I'll also be doing a manual check of AUS backers to ensure that everyone was properly imported.
One thing to note, (AUS) if you havent received your books yet, I'm looking into it right now, if you had any art prints it will be a seperate shipment, focusing on getting books out since those would be separate from the book parcel.
If you are not AUS and missing your rewards, feel free to send us a message via KS, and Ill be combing through each one and responding to all of them just to make sure our bases are covered.
Softcover Adventures
With how things are currently going and with the chaos of life that Paladin has been experiencing, I am taking a more direct hand in facilitating and trying to get the design and layout of all things moving. If there are any orders that were waiting on this, I am getting them pushed out so you at least have your book until these finish development and get printed. I am working on getting a timeline and the files for these so we can make more progress.
Anything else
If theres anything else thats missing, please drop me a line via KS message system (as much as i hate it , its a centralized place to track all comms for the project and comments are hard to track.)

Uk/EU Shipping Update

Hey all,
I apologize for the delay in getting an update out for you, things have been a madhouse in coordinating shipments (we have two fulfillment going on in the UK/EU) and they've both been terribly held up.
Simply put, gamesquest was not going to start a project shipment until they had all' of the products in hand. Now for us that was literally some pins and posters. THe pins arrived a few weeks ago, and the posters were supposed to have arrived last week, but they're still waiting at the post (for an unknown reason).
As of yesterday, I've instructed that we should just ship out what we have on-hand, so we can get fulfillment out to backers asap (which I honestly wanted weeks ago, but that what started the first difficulty in shipping with them in the first place).
We should get stuff booked in their system, in the next few days, so
IF YOU NEED YOUR ADDRESS CHANGED AND YOU HAVENT RECEIVED YOUR BOOKS LET ME KNOW (send us a new message with your new address so I can update it).
Adventures are still in progress, and I know there's still a few outstanding missing items from a handful of backers I need to address.
I hope you're all doing well. and I apologize for the silence while I've been figuring things out.

Fulfillment Update

Hey all,
A quick shipping update
US
Books in the US have begun shipping, in the past three weeks the warehouse has been a bit slow, keep in mind this is a small business that consists of 4-6 employees (not an amazon warehouse), but also the past three weeks have been a bit slow with the main lead being out for various reasons. Now she's back and kicking everything into proper gear.
Over the past few days (and in the next few days), you may have received a tracking number that hasn't moved. A huge load is getting picked up by the USPS this Friday (getting picked up by a 55 ft truck full of our orders), from then on orders will be picked up every week by the post office, so just be patient, you're books are in the works and are making their way over to you.
posters are being shipped separately and are waiting for the tubes to arrive
EU/UK
Shipping numbers have been provided to Gamesquest and are waiting to be scheduled, hoping fulfillment will commence soon.
AUS
Shipping should have already commenced, waiting on a followup from the aetherworks team.
Cant wait to see everyone with their books, we have a few extra things left to finish out, but we're almost there.

Hey Backers!!
Andreas here from Metal Weave Games (I'm the one who facilitates most of the backend business work), Books have arrived at the warehouse in the EU and AUS warehouses, and should arriving at the US warehouse any day next week, at which point fulfillment should start commencing anytime within the next two weeks (there are a series of projects that are going on in tandem, and we're working on getting everything out asap!)
If you have moved and need to update your address we're already locked down in backerkit, so you'll need to send us a message ASAP and let us know.
- Minis have shipped out (all thanks to Kaayteaa, who tested, printed, and packaged all of them)
- Digital files will be up and distributed soon (my computer crashed, and it wont be operational until the 30th, so I'll be moving a tad slower with an old laptop).
- The Adventures need another round of playtesting and need togo through editing, but things are looking good (reminder that softcover adventures are being shipped separately from the incantations book).
Hope everyone has been doing well, its been really busy on our side, and we can't wait to get those books into your hands soon!!
